
Over-the-side immersion heaters are designed for direct heating of liquids in open or closed tanks without requiring any tank penetration. The heating elements are formed into L-shaped, O-shaped, or custom configurations to hang over the tank wall, allowing the heated section to be submerged in the process liquid.
These heaters are ideal for applications where portability, ease of installation, and quick removal are important. With sheath materials available in stainless steel, Incoloy, or titanium, they are compatible with water, oils, chemicals, and corrosive solutions. Optional integrated controls provide precise temperature management for safe and efficient operation.
